Products and pricing

We work to make sure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before it ships and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Responsible use

PawPulse is a training tool intended for dogs 15–120 lbs. Read the included instructions before use. Always start at the lowest level that gets your dog's attention, use static only as needed, check fit and skin regularly, and don't leave the collar on for more than 8 hours a day. The collar/receiver is IPX6 water-resistant and the remote is water-resistant; neither is submersible. If you're unsure whether remote training is right for your dog, consult your veterinarian or a professional trainer.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the PawPulse name, logo, images, and text, belongs to PawPulse and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PawPulse is registered.
